The location! There is noting around the hotel! We only found one restraunt within walking distance! The tram is right around the corner to take into the city center. It is about a 20 min ride so not to bad but nothing close to hotel!

Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Berlin. Liked this great hotel, easy to find, with excellent staff on the reception desk. Its location was marvellous, somewhere in the Alexanderplatz area, and in a secure area. The breakfast was savoury, the check in was fast.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in a residential area. The location may be far from Berlin attractions, but everything around you is cheaper since it's not a tourist location. With many nearby tram stops, it was easy to commute as the tram stop was right outside. Plus, there's a big supermarket nearby, which was very convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and had floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a beautiful view. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The hotel also had great amenities such as room service, dry cleaning, and a pillow menu. Additionally, there was a dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area for relaxation.

The delicious breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay; the variety of options added to the delightful experience. the hotel’s location was perfect for us- it was well connected to major attractions in the city.

We found some issues at the hotel. There was no fridge in the room which made it difficult to store some of our perishable items, and the hotel's Wi-Fi connectivity was poor.

My partner and I recently enjoyed a romantic escape at this hotel and we had a great time! we were pleasantly surprised by the complementary champagne and chocolates in our room - such a lovely touch! the hotel is situated in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still within easy reach of all the major attractions.

No free wi-fi in rooms and lobby. No minibar (they took deposit 100 euro for that). Breakfast not included.(4 Star hotel!) They took 10 euro for local calls for one day!

The room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food. We also enjoyed the interesting view from our room. I highly recommend this hotel.
